Q: Why register to this site??
A: Registering enables the wholesaler to view products, including the wholesale price.
Registering will ensure all wholesalers are kept up-to-date with all new product information and special offers.
Q: I have registered my new account, but I cannot login?
A: On completion of your new account registration you will receive a confirmation email with your membership account details. We receive your new account registration & after reviewing your application we will activate your account. You will receive an email confirmation of this. Once your staus has been set to active, you will be able to login to the wholesaler section of the site.
Q: How do I change my password?
A: Once you have logged in you have the edit my account link under the Wholesaler Options section. On this page you will be able to update your personal information, including your password.
Q: What is the Product Search function & how do I use it?.
A: The Product Search function returns all products which match a certain named description, no matter what category they are in. The Product Search function is also enabled for searches on product specific STOCK CODE.
Q: How do I enquire about a product or stock availabilty?
A: Once a specific product has been identified in a category, there is the add to clipboard function. The product is added to the enquiry form & an email is submitted. The form contains your contact details & we will contact you re your enquiry.
Q: How do I place an order?

The form contains your contact details & we will contact you re your enquiry. This site is a product catalogue. There is no shopping basket for online credit card purchases. Conclusion of all orders are to be made telephonically, at which time settlement terms and delivery instructions are confirmed.
